Avoid eating.

Mood: Stressed.


Oh geez! Few days ago, my mummy told me that I'm getting fatter. Seriously, I'm stressed out. Some says I look just fine. Some says I'm FAT, not PHAT. :(


Today, while browsing my recent photos.. I just have to accept the fact that I've gained weight. A LOT, okay! My tummy is getting bigger and my arms is hanging loose. Not to forget, I have a double chin now! This is what happened when I'm too lazy to exercise and control my eating habit. Uwaaa~


I DO NOT want to eat anything starting today onwards. I am avoiding foods and will only drink plain water. Hello, crazy diet.


You might say, "Alah.. Dia cakap je tu,". Whatever-lah, I don't care.

u jangan lah TAK makan langsung.itu diet tak sihat la u.
u makan la buah ke,sayur saja ke,lauk saja ke.nasi tak payah.kalau u mmg betul2 nk diet.jangan lah tak makan.tak elok la u,nanti diri sendiri gak yg sakit.
tau.jangan.actually u tak lah gemok mana pun.normal size kut.jgn la camtu.makan tau.

Heyy dear, dieting is one thing but starving yourself is another.
Nanti sakit in the future.
Eat smaller portions, maybe ? Jangan deprive yourself. Exercise tu yang important actually.
