I have insomnia.

Mood: Tired.


It's been four months I'm having this sleep disorder. Pimples and wrinkles are starting to grow tremendously. Gosh! I miss my beauty sleep. :(


Help me, please! ARGH!


Actually, I remind myself everyday to get enough rest and sleep. I filled up my time by surfing the internet and watching DVD. But because of my stubbornness, I stay up pretty late. Usually, I'll only get 3-4 hours sleep daily.


I know it's not a healthy life. At least, I still go for a swim and jog to keep my body fit. Whew~


What I'm gonna do is I'll start to sleep early slowly, today. Of course it will take time, but I'll give it a try no matter what.

yeap.try betulkan balik masa tido u tu.
dulu u kata kat i kan..xelok tdo dengan masa camtu..hehe but i paham, u tak buat apa so u tak penat,thats why susah nak tido rite.
try slow2 oke fren.
