Workout session!

Mood: Healthy.


Finally today, I managed my time to do some workout session. Whew~ To be honest, it was damn tiring and exhausting.. But it was fun tho! It's been awhile since I haven't do any wellness activity. Hihi. Dear laziness, please go away! :D


I think, some of you may know this.. My all-time favourite sports will always be swimming. Few of my friends says that my body figure looks like a swimmer, especially at my shoulder. You know why?! It's broad, like real broad. Hmmm.. Whatever it is, I love all my body parts except the flabby "i hate you" tummy. Haih.


So back to the topic, my workout session for today went pretty well. I did both gym workouts (treadmill running, sit-ups, cycling) and swimming. Whoa! This kind of activities are really making me drained. That's for sure! o_O


Btw, thanks Sayang for accompanied me today. I'm impressed because you managed to ran on the treadmill for 3 km in 20 mins at +- 10 speed. Kudos!! I'm sure going to beat you next time! Haha.
